HOW TO GET DEFINED CHEST PECS


This is also a very big problem for many peoples as there chest pecs doesn't get defined. Well, there are number of ways to get those pecs defined but i will

only tell you the technique & exercise which will definitely help you get those pecs.

There are many people who have chest imbalance & guess what? i will be covering those topics in my upcoming blogs.


So for now ,lets get started

for me the exercises that actually worked are:




1.)DECLINED CHEST FLY


Now many of you must be knowing how to do it but i will be telling you the perfect position to do it because that's what counts.

If you are not hitting the muscle that needs to be hit & the exercise is useless

So,i will tell you to how to hit the pectoral muscle so that you will get the perfect definition.

Lay on decline bench & hold dumbbell in each hand above your chest .Do take light weight dumbbells. Now start the exercise by doing Flyes in which your elbows go to your side chest straight down .

Slowly lower your arms to your sides until your upper arms are in line with the bench

in this exercise the secret is in your elbows.

2.)PARALLEL BAR DIPS


This is one the greatest exercises to get those pecs defined. it basically stretches your chest to the bottom. Breaks down every muscle in your peck with

such great contraction


So,lets get started with the exercise

Stand between parallel bars placing your hands on each side of bar & get into starting position with your arms locked out. Now begin lowering your body until your arms gets to the angle of 90 degree. No need to go all the way down as it will definitely involve your shoulder & which is so WRONG.


If you have parallel bar dip weighted machine than i suggest you do in that because according to me it gives more contraction as you can increase or decrease weight.


Now comes my technique:-while doing barbell dips the position of your elbows doesn't go with chest but little a bit away from chest. As if you are moving your elbows outside but not too much. Just a little.
