Killer Lower ABS Workout

Having FAT on lower abdomen?


ABS or abdominal muscle are easy to grow according to me but very difficult to maintain.

Well, basically ABS are just MUSCLES around your stomach & for some people a bit stubborn FAT like stomach.I always hear that ABS are made in kitchen. yeah! its true but in kitchen you just prepare yourself to go through that process which is going to take place in gym or wherever you gonna workout for your ABS.


Well, for many people getting abs is like almost next to impossible. It may sound like difficult because it takes a lot of sweat from you(actual sweat) but trust me , I use to think the same & with hardwork & dedication(WHICH IS ALL YOU NEED) i did got results.


So, lets talk about abs.

what are abs?


ABS are nothing just muscle under your stomach which are ready to pop-Up.

well,its just the FAT on your stomach that you have to deal with.

As soon as you do that, your ABS are already ready under your skin(STOMACH) to be seen.


Now i myself like a lot of exercise for burning that stubborn FAT & building more muscles on ABS. But lets talk about the exercise that i think actually works to BURN your stubborn FAT.


1.)HANGING LEG RAISE


On a serious note, I just love this exercise because it really involves your only abdomen on which you are working for. "LOWER ABDOMEN"

So, hang on any bar on which you are gonna perform this exercise & make sure you to raise your legs half folded. Perform the movement by bringing your legs up & down slowly. when you raise your leg your torso should make 90 degree angle with you legs.

Just do it with your own body weight if you are a beginner & for Pro's, "PICK UP THE GOD-DAM WEIGHTS".


VERY IMPORTANT POINT:-"Just breathe out when you bring your legs up at 90 degree angle & breathe in while lowering down your legs".


BREATHING DO ADD POINTS IN MUSCLE BUILDING & CORE STRENGTH.

2.)PLANK


Now, this is a CORE STRENGTH exercise which gives your abdomen great strength.

This exercise helps in not just giving strength to your core but also helps in maintaining your waistline. Plank is an ISOMETRIC EXERCISE that why it also improves your overall posture.


About the doing of this exercise you need to make sure that you control your breathing.

Breathing is all it takes in plank to perform it perfectly.

Take a yoga mat for plank & without any weights.

well,i like to do it with weights as i have been doing this exercise for years so its okay for me. It just gives me more intensity while doing with weights.

So, after taking mat take push-up position. Now, kneel down on your forearms putting them against floor. Take position on your toes & keep your body in line. Well,do make sure to contract your ABS because that will increase the intensity of your ABS.


VERY IMPORTANT POINT:- "Breathe out & than contract your ABS".

Doesn't matter for how long you do, whether 30 seconds, 1 minute or 5 minutes.


ADD INTENSITY TO YOUR ABS WORKOUT NOT QUANTITY.
