How to get rid of THIGH FAT

Here's how you can do it.


Thigh fat is now a days very big problem for many people. As many of them want to get rid of it. Well, there are numbers of ways, number of exercise, number of tricks & techniques but today we will just talk about the most basic exercise to get rid of thigh fat.


well, these exercise may be basic but it can make changes for you that you are looking for. Just keep one thing in mind that "its only you who has to do it" & if i can so can you.

So, the first exercise to reduce you thigh fat is:-


1.)FREE WEIGHT WALKING LUNGES


Now its very basic exercise to loose your thigh fat but many people don't do it properly & with full sincerity. Its quite interesting exercise actually fun loving. Just do it once properly & you will feel the joy of doing it.

HOW TO DO IT?


Start doing it by standing straight, put your both feet together, & take your first step with full body control by bringing your right or left leg forward. Now, lower you hips down towards floor by bending both of your knees & make 90 degree angle in your legs. Make sure your back knee gets close to ground but should not touch it. Your front knee should be directly above your front ankle. That's how walking lunges are performed.


If you want to increase the intensity of your lunges than take dumbbells or plates in your hands & hold them while performing the whole exercise. But if you want to loose thigh fat than i would suggest to do this exercise free weight with maximum repetitions.

2.) FREE WEIGHT SQUATS


This is also very basic exercise. There's nothing technical about it. Squats comes in strength exercise but if done free weight it can reduce your fat from thighs.


Now before starting this exercise let me make some things very clear. Make sure your back is in straight position. Your legs shouldn't be too wide nor too close. Just put them as the distance between your shoulders.

HOW TO DO IT?


Stand straight placing some gap between your legs. Now lower your hips from standing position to end position(Just go deep as much as you can & are comfortable). Than stand back straight to your starting position. Make sure that during the movement only your hips & knee joint will flex rest nothing will. No pressure on any part of the muscle.


To increase the intensity of your exercise you can do the same exercise with weights on smith machine or on Olympic bar. But as we are talking about getting rid of thigh fat than just do it free weight with maximum repetitions
