Get Big Long-Head For Triceps

NOT GETTING OUTER-HEAD/LONG-HEAD OF TRICEPS?


Well, i never had this problem actually because genetically my arms were my plus point but,"THE HUNGER FOR SIZE NEVER STOPS", so i did a lot of exercises to make my arm look more bigger as most of the area of your arms is covered by your triceps(well,that's the truth) so, i finally came up with this pretty good exercise that just made

my triceps BURST .


so,lets get started.

well, i call this exercise:-


1.) Tricep long-head push down


Trust me guys this exercise is out of this world that can change your tricep long-head in days if done properly with right technique.

This exercise will be done on cable machine. Put weight according to your preference & do

in the same way you do normal tricep push-down but with that movement make sure to wide open your arms just like

in the way you pump air in bicycle. (LoL, but yeah)




This movement totally focuses on your tricep long-head. So i would suggest to start with light weight & do go heavy in your last 2 sets as we are bulking up , so yes. & if any of my viewer having issues with lower back than i will suggest to wear weight lifting BELT to get support in your back.

2.)REVERSE TRICEP PUSH-DOWN


Reverse tricep push-down is pretty good exercise to gain muscle mass on you tricep longhead because it 95% hits your tricep long head which is outstanding.




So, about this exercise the very important thing is that there is no need to go super heavy.

All you have to do is bring repetitions. Max..20reps.. is good for your 1st set , But until last set make sure the weight is appropriate to at least make about 10 reps...


Now, what i do is i always do this exercise in the end of tricep workout. Because that's the time when you HIT your muscle with light weight & your muscles are just screaming getting burst up. I suggest you do the same , try it for a week & do tell me in comments how you actually feel?
