Exercise For BULKY Biceps

Want to make your GUNS look Heavy? Bulky? Big?


In today's world most of the people wants their bicep look big,heavy. well, actually the size of your arm is not defined by your biceps but defined by triceps. Around or say more than 50% size of the arm is defined by you triceps. So, now to make extra gains to your biceps let me tell you 2 best exercises (best-liked of myself though).


1.)BICEP CABLE CURL


Now, this exercise have many variations but the most-liked variation for me & result oriented is by doing this exercise while standing close to cable machine.

Its an isolation movement exercise which focuses on your upper arm biceps. Like i said there are number of variations in this exercise.You can do it by standing a bit away from cable machine, standing close to cable machine, can do on a bench, chair, or even can do in squatting position(about which we will talk about in upcoming blogs).


So, i prefer bicep cable curl doing standing close to the machine as it gives me great intensity to my biceps. HOW TO DO IT?


Put cable curling rod in machine & make sure the weight is appropriate. I would suggest to start with light weight so that your bicep gets all warmed up. Now, in your last set do lift heavy because that will help your bicep look BULKY. So, grab the rod & lift it with your arms upward then back to downward.


Make sure your back is straight & your breathing should be in perfect sync.. with your exercise.

2.) SINGLE ARM CABLE CURL


Well, there are variations to this exercise as well. So, the variation that i will be doing is by moving a bit forward & it's great variation to have a change for your biceps.


Now, this exercise is not that easy to do but once you know how to do it, it will change the look of your biceps.We can do this exercise with either single arm or with both arm & i prefer to do it with both the arms. By doing it with both the arms it gives more contraction as compared doing it with single arm(but its still your choice as how you do).

HOW TO DO IT?


Put single arm pulley in your machine(both side) & make sure the weight is appropriate.

In single arm cable curl there is no need to lift heavy because its light weight which gives intensity & the perfect pump to your biceps. So, take both the pulleys & move a little forward to perform the movement. Now, start pulling the weight towards your bicep until your forearm almost touches your bicep muscle & make sure your body is in stationary position.
