Obesity is one of the biggest problem in the whole world. Many people getting fat & due to that fat, lots of health issues are being developed. Anything eaten in excess is just bad for your health. Whether it is healthy food or junk food. One should not eat anything in excess until you find a way to burn those excess intake calories.


So today i will be telling you about simple fat loss diet plan that anybody can follow. The ingredients or food included in my diet plan will be very easily available. Food plays the most important role in your fitness goal. Whether you goal it to be fit, to gain muscles, to loss fat etc... everything depends on your diet. Better the diet the closer your goal.

MEAL ONE (BREAKFAST)


- 1 cup of green tea with warm water

- 2 to 4 egg whites

OR

- Almonds (HALF CUP)

- Corn flakes (LOW-FAT MILK)

OR

- A cup of mixed fruits





MEAL TWO (LUNCH)


- Grilled/steamed Chicken breast (100-200gm)

- Grilled/steamed Fish (200-300gm)

OR

- Tofu/Paneer

- Brown rice

- Mixed Salad

- A bowl of mixed fruits





MEAL THREE (PRE-WORKOUT)


- A cup of green tea

- 1 to 3 Bananas

OR

- A bowl of mixed fruits

OR

- 2 to 3 Egg whites





MEAL FOUR (POST-WORKOUT)


- Egg whites (2 to 3)

- Fresh Coconut water

OR

- Any seasonal fruit





MEAL FIVE (DINNER)


- Green vegetables

- Salad

- A cup of Sprouts (BOILED)

- Brown bread with peanut butter





MEAL SIX ( BEFORE BED)


- A glass of green tea with warm water (MUST)
