1.) ALTERNATING LUNGES WAVES


Alternating lunges waves is quite fun loving exercise & at the same time its pretty exhausting. Its simple exercise & can be done by any age group without any hesitation. If you are doing this exercise for weight loss than would suggest to increase your working sets. On the other hand is you are doing this exercise for muscle building than i would highly suggest to simply increase your repetitions with 3 to 4 sets.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Take battle rope in your both hands.

- Stand in straight position.

- Now start the movement by doing normal lunges & doing the alternate waves at the same time.

- Properly do the movement with continuous breathing.

- Breathing is very important in this exercise, so make sure to breathe slowly,properly & in perfect sync...with the movement.

- Repeat the movement until you get exhausted.

- Perform at least 3 to 4 sets till failure.

2.) ALTERNATING SQUAT WAVES


Well alternating squat waves is quite easy to do exercise. It is easy because you get some of the support from rope & it gives your great stability. This high intensity workout is simply time consuming with efficient effectiveness. The movement is for both purposes (FAT LOSS OR MUSCLE BUILDING) as i mentioned in my first exercise that the diet plays very important role in your workout. So whatever your goal is, make sure to properly choose your balanced diet plan.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Take battle rope in both hands.

- Stand in straight position to start the movement.

- Now start the movement by doing free weight squat & doing alternate waves at the same time.

- Make sure your breathing is continuous throughout the movement.

- Repeat the movement until you get exhausted.

- Perform at least 3 to 4 sets till failure
