HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO
Well battle rope exercises are very interesting exercises but at the same time difficult too.
There are many battle rope exercises specifically for fat burning or fat loss but battle rope exercises also helps in gaining pure muscle mass. The intensity of this exercise is a lot, which makes your heart beats much faster than usual workout. Much faster heart beat means faster fat loss, increment in stamina etc...
Battle rope exercises are fast calorie burning exercises but not only that, battle rope exercises helps in increasing your power/strength so that you can lift more weight in your normal routine workout. Battle rope exercises also makes your body flexible. Which helps in stretching & also in your workout. Some times our body gets stiff doing all muscle building workouts. That's why cross fit should be done regularly too. Lets say once or twice in a week.
So, the exercise that i like most for your chest in cross fit is
1.) PUSH UPS WITH BATTLE ROPE
So most of you must be knowing about push ups & if we talk about doing push ups with battle ropes, that just increases the intensity of your cross fit workout. This cross fit movement not only involves your chest but also your shoulders, arms, core muscle. Its almost like a full body workout but because we did push ups it makes your chest the major involving muscle. This cross fit movement for chest will definitely give you toned muscles.
HOW TO DO IT?
Well, its not difficult to make you understand. Take your push up position & hold battle rope in your hands facing towards floor. Your hand or palm should be free & open, not closed like a fist. Now when you do push up holding rope in your hand , make sure that when you bring your body up just throw you upper body in air for sec... & in that moment you have to stretch your arm up like a superman making a wave from that battle rope.

2.)DOUBLE WAVE /ALTERNATE WAVE WITH PUSH UPS
In this exercise the push up movement is same as we did in above workout. The difference is of double wave & alternative wave. Now in this exercise we are including double wave & alternative wave with push ups so that not just your chest but your whole upper body gets all warmed up for further workout. One set of this exercise will make your body more warmed up as compared to 10 or 15 minutes on treadmill.
HOW TO DO IT?
The double wave is to be done while standing. knees bent, back straight, core contracted & legs should be at shoulder width. You have to make waves with battle rope. Firstly double waves from both hands. Move your hands up & down in a motion to create wave from both hands for double wave movement
Now if we talk about alternative wave movement than move your both hands alternatively opposite to each other. If you are raising your left arm to your shoulder level than your right arm will be at thigh level. Now vice-versa, quickly bring your right arm to your shoulder level & take your left arm to thigh level creating alternative wave from rope. Do this movement as fast as you can for maximum result orientation.
