2 Best Exercises For Shredded Front Deltoid

Here's what you can do


Shredded front deltoid is quite easy to develop. You don't need much technical things to make it work. Though it is easy but doesn't mean it's anybody cup of tea. You definitely have to work for it. Shredded means basically using light or moderate weight. So if you want your any muscle to be shredded i would suggest you to use light or moderate weight. That is the basic key for shredded muscle


Now if we talk about these 2 exercise than do make sure you at least do 4 sets of each exercise. The more the set, the more the work, the more the muscle breakdown & the more development you will see.



1.) INCLINE DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE


Incline dumbbell front raise is very fun loving exercise because your whole body is on support & therefore not very much work to do except your front deltoid. Well its easy exercise & everybody can do it. Do make sure to use light or moderate weight because heavy weight will not help you in achieving your goal in this exercise.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Lie down on incline bench with reverse position at approx 30 to 60 degree angle.

- Hold dumbbells in each hand.

- Now raise dumbbells in front of you & your palms should be facing each other.

- Make sure your elbows are locked.

- Make sure your legs are in rest position touching floor

- Breathe in perfect sync... throughout the movement. (Exhale while lifting weight & inhale while relaxing).

- keep repeating the movement until your front deltoid gets all pumped up.


Make sure your back is straight throughout the movement & no other body part should be involved in the movement except front deltoid.

2.) FRONT DUMBBELL PRESS


Front dumbbell press is quite exhausting exercise but also makes your front shoulder look amazing. This exercise can be done with dumbbells or barbell rod. I would suggest you to do this exercise with light or moderate weight to see better results. Only light weight will make your muscle shred. Well its up to you whether you do this exercise with dumbbells or barbell.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Stand straight to start with the movement.

- Put light weight/moderate weight on barbell.

- Pick barbell in reverse position by facing your palms towards your face.

- Now raise the barbell towards roof, all the way up.

- Bring down slowly & while bringing barbell down your arms angle should be parallel to floor.

- Exhale while raising the barbell & inhale while relaxing.

- Repeat the movement until you feel your front delt all pumped up.


Make sure your back is straight throughout the movement & your breathing should be in perfect sync...with the movement.
