1.) KNEELING LAT PULL DOWN


Kneeling lat pull down is one of those exercise after which you actually will feel like your back is wide open. This exercise will also help in improving your overall posture. There are some points to be kept in mind before doing the movement like your back should be straight & only partial movement as you are doing this exercise to widen your lats.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Get on your knees in between the cable cross over machine.

- Fix pulley at the top with single handle at both sides.

- Now grab handles & pull it towards you in a manner that your elbow should bend.

- Your elbow should move towards floor while performing the movement.

- Repeat the movement until your lats gets all pumped up.

- Make sure your back is straight.

- Your 3rd & 4th set should be heavy.

2.) INCLINE CABLE PULL-OVER


Many people don't do this exercise but this is movement that will make wonders for you. Incline cable pull-over is easy exercise & can be done by anyone. But today i will tell you how exactly to do this movement if you want big lats. At some point you have to add some variations, some techniques to get more out of it & that's exactly what i did.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Make your bench in incline position & put in front of cable cross over machine.

- Fix pulley at the top with rope in it.

- Lie down on bench holding rope in your hand.

- Now do the pull-over movement with your arms fully wide open. (NOT CLOSE)

- You must feel the stretch in your lats.

- Repeat the movement until your lats gets all pumped up.

- Your 3rd & 4th set should be heavy
