Legs, like i said in my previous blog that your legs are the most important part of your body as your whole body is standing on that only. Whether you are a man or a woman i will suggest you to do legs workout properly & with right technique.


Everybody, specially men want strength in there legs. If you are a man your legs should be powerful & strong enough. So, today i will be telling you 2 best exercise if you want to increase strength in your legs.


Just try these 2 exercises for a month (IF YOU DO LEG WORKOUT ONCE A WEEK) & i am sure that you will feel the difference next time when you lift weight in your leg routine.



1.) CLOSE SQUATS


Close squats is one of those exercises which will shock your muscles in a very interesting way. Not just shock if you do this exercise properly with right technique i am sure that you will increase your weight in legs. I myself did this exercise to increase my squats & also to make my legs better & stronger.

HOW TO DO IT?


Stand in a squat position but with your legs close. Now if you are a beginner or doing this movement first time i would suggest to take support from anywhere you want just so that you may not fall behind.


So, after taking squat position with legs close make sure that you do simple squats but with full range of motion. Go as deep as you are comfortable in going & your back should be straight throughout the movement. To increase the intensity of this movement you can take dumbbells, plates, Olympic rod.

2.) SIDE LUNGE WAVES WITH BATTLE ROPE


Battle rope workouts are just amazing workouts with lot of intensity in very less time. In every two weeks i myself do battle rope workout. It makes my body flexible & stronger. If you are a beginner don't worry, it will take 3 to 4 sets in getting the flow of the movement. Its not a big deal, just take your time but once you get the flow you yourself will enjoy doing this workout.


Well doing workout with battle ropes has its own benefits like stronger muscle, stronger bones, flexibility, overall strength, strong back, building stamina, etc...

HOW TO DO IT?


Take battle rope in your hands & stand in a sumo squat position. Just take stance like sumo squat. Now with your back straight start the movement by doing double waves with both hand & at the same time move you upper body to the left & than to the right while full pressure applying on legs.


Make sure you breathe in perfect sync... with the movement because breathing itself is also important while doing any exercise.
