This is one the greatest exercises. It will just give insane pump in your triceps muscle. Well not only tricep but your chest & shoulder are also involved in the movement. But the major involving muscle is obviously triceps.

HOW TO DO IT?


Lie down on decline bench press putting weights on bar. Now your grip will be close so that your chest doesn't get involved too much & your triceps gets all the contraction. Now pick the bar & slowly bring it down towards your lower chest. No need to touch your chest with bar just make that flow as if your about to touch.


Repeat this movement until your tricep gets all pumped up.

2.) DIAMOND PUSH UP


Diamond push ups is the one & only exercise for your triceps to get bigger & defined. I won't say that it's an easy or basic exercise but it is advanced exercise for your triceps. It hits your whole tricep muscle but most of the part it hits is outer-head. That is the reason it makes you tricep look big in very little time.

HOW TO DO IT?


Take a mat or you can do it on a floor also. Now take Push up position to start the movement. Bring your arms close to your chest making diamond shape from your hands. Once done it than slowly bring your whole body down towards floor just with the support of your triceps. Make sure your back is straight, ABS contracted & legs stretches straight out.


Perform this movement until you feel the burning sensation in your triceps. Always keep breathing in sync... with your exercise.
