As i already told in my previous blogs that the size of your arm is defined by your triceps. So, basically you have to focus on your triceps rather than biceps. Its your triceps that will give your arm bulky look. Triceps is bigger muscle than your bicep. Your bicep covers small portion in your arms but your triceps covers the major area.


Big arms are very attractive in looks. Everybody is fond of getting big arms. Well, its not that difficult to gain size for your triceps unless you are eating good & balanced diet. So, today i will tell you those 2 exercises that will grow your triceps & will make your arm look bigger.






1.) DUMBBELL OVER-HEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION


Now many of you must be knowing this exercise but the technique that i will tell you will give the maximum contraction in your triceps. Just make sure that this exercise is always to be done with moderate weight & not heavy weight. Heavy weight will just give you pain in your elbows. So its better to do with moderate weight than doing it wrong.

HOW TO DO IT?


Take a single dumbbell & stand in front of mirror so that you can see your movement. Now take dumbbell over your head with both hands holding. Make sure your elbows are wide open opposite to each other. Slowly bring dumbbell down towards floor until you feel the contraction in your triceps. There is no need to over-do any kind of movement, just do as much as you are comfortable in. Now bring dumbbell back to their starting position & keep repeating the movement till your triceps get all pumped up.


* If anybody wants to do heavy movement than only do partial movements otherwise you will damage your elbows.

2.) FLAT BENCH ONE-ARM TRICEPS EXTENSION


Triceps extension is one the great exercises to get huge triceps. The movement itself makes your triceps feel great. In this movement/Exercise do not take heavy weight or you will injure your elbow, always take moderate weight. Now most of the people do this exercise in simple way but i will tell you the technique that is gonna make difference.

HOW TO DO IT?


Lie down on a flat bench taking dumbbell in your hands. You can do this exercise with both hands or one arm at a time. Well i prefer one arm at a time because it gives me more contraction & more control over the movement. So bring dumbbell over your chest stretching your arm straight & than bend your elbow. Now only your forearm will move toward your shoulder giving full stretch to your triceps. Dumbbell should be at top of you. Slowly return to starting position & do the movement again until your triceps get all pumped up.


Make sure your arm will be slightly in backward position towards your face. It will engage your triceps more giving more muscle breakdown.
