Bigger arms are the most basic or should i say wanting thing for almost everybody. In today's world everybody want their arms to get big. Well frankly speaking its not that difficult. All you should know is right exercise with right technique. Internet is full of those exercise but today i brought you the most excellent & effective exercises to make your arms look big.


1.) LYING CABLE CURL


It is an isolation movement in curls because you are doing it while lying on bench. Which helps in stabilizing your body, & less arm movement. This position makes your posture locked. There is also very less chance of injury as the only muscle that is being involved is your bicep.


You can lift heavy in this exercise but the moderate heavy.

HOW TO DO IT?


Place flat bench in front of cross over & lie down. Now take the straight bar in your hands by putting it on middle of pulley & pull it towards your forehead. You can also pull it above your forehead only if you are not feeling much contraction in normal variation. Than take back it normal position & keep repeating the movement until you feel the ultimate contraction in your bicep. Make sure your back is straight & you can even bend your knees, if you want to stabilize your body from dis-balancing.


If you are lifting light weight than i would suggest to not do more than 20 repetitions & if you are going heavy, your last set should be of at least 6 repetitions.

2.) BICEP BARBELL CURL & HALF CURL WITH DUMBBELL


Bicep barbell curl & half curl with dumbbells are two different exercises. That's the technique about this movement that you have to do these both exercises back to back like super set because in bicep barbell curl you will get the full range of motion for your bicep which you do need & in half curl you get the partial movement which makes your bicep feel like explode. Try this once & trust me you won't regret it.


Doing both the exercise in same set will make your bicep all pumped up & that's what gives you BIG ARMS


HOW TO DO IT?


BICEP BARBELL CURL:- Take a rod & put light weight plates so that you can do repetition work. Now pick it up & pull it towards your face. Make sure only your part below elbow will move. Do this exercise with full range of motion to get the contraction which we need in the movement.

Do at least 15 to 20 repetitions.


HALF DUMBBELL CURL:- Take light weight dumbbells to do high repetitions. Pick the dumbbells & just do partial movements by only moving your forearm or bending your elbows to curl. Make sure your back is straight & core in contracted throughout the whole movement.

Do at least 15 to 20 repetitions.



Do make sure to not take any rest in between both the exercises as they are in super set, back to back. Do not do more than 20 repetitions & keep breathing.
