Huge traps... are must for people who are going to gym. It enhances your personality & makes you look more attractive. There are many exercises for your traps... but if you want them huge there are less. Well frankly speaking building huge traps... is not that much difficult. All you need is proper high protein diet & good technique workout. I almost tried every exercise for making my traps... look huge but only some worked.


Today i will tell you the best 2 exercise for your traps... How actually can you make them big, huge, attractive. Let me tell you one thing very clear that you should always warm-up before doing any exercise specially shoulders. Warm-up for shoulders are very important because you are preparing your rotator cuff muscle for workout or for rotating motions.



1.) UPRIGHT WITH WIDE GRIP


Upright exercise is very basic exercise for your shoulder, everybody must be knowing about it. But the variation that i will suggest is doing upright with wide grip. This is what makes your traps... to stretch more & stretching brings more mass to your muscle. Now if you are doing upright with wide grip than make sure that the movement will be partial. There is no need to go all the way up but just perform partial movements because we are targeting traps... not delts. The more stretch on traps the more it grows.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Fix single cable pulley at the bottom.

- Fix a wide rod in it.

- Put some moderate weight.

- Your grip should be wider than shoulder width.

- Stand a bit away from cable machine & not too close.

- Now pull the rod towards your chin as we do in upright by bending you elbows.

- Stretch your shoulder while relaxing.

- Keep repeating this movement until your shoulder gets all pumped up.

2.) BACK SHRUGS ON CABLE CROSS


Front shrugs are very basic & everybody does it. But back shrugs is the exercise which will make your traps... more huge. Well basically this exercise lifts your tarps... up which gives impression that you have huge shoulders. Its quite very amazing exercise according to me. The movement is very interesting & gives you great contraction while doing it. Those who want their traps...muscle to grow & look big, this is the exercise which will make wonders.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Fix cable pulley at bottom with single cable on both sides.

- Stand between the cable cross machine.

- Start with light weight.

- Now grab both the handles & make sure your arms are straight not bent.

- Pull the weight from your shoulder, raise shoulder & contract as much as you can for about a second or two.

- Than relax & release the shoulder contraction.

- Perform this movement until your traps...gets all pumped up.

- Your neck should be in rest position which is downwards.

- Inhale while pulling the cables & exhale while relaxing.
