So, bulky chest is not that difficult to develop. On first hand all you need is a good diet & after that a very good exercise with right technique. Today i will be telling you the exercises that will totally change the look of your chest, physically & mentally.






1.) PULL OVER ON DECLINE BENCH


Its really very good exercise if we talk about developing big chest. This movement pulls your chest up giving the look of heaviness. It actually makes your chest look heavy in no time. All you need to do is just try. It made wonders for me & it will make wonders for you to. Well this exercise is also can be used for your back (LATS...) but the difference will be of the grip & positioning of hands.

HOW TO DO IT?


You can do this exercise with dumbbell & barbell too but i prefer dumbbells because you get total control of the movement & gives me great contraction.


So, after taking dumbbells lie down on decline bench having dumbbell up in front of your chest. Now move dumbbells towards your head while keeping your arms straight. While doing the movement make sure that you slightly bend your elbows so that your elbows don't involve much. Take dumbbells as far as you can to feel the stretch in your chest & your hands should be close to chest.

2.) CLOSE GRIP DUMBBELL PRESS ON DECLINE BENCH


This exercise will give you the ultimate contraction that you can feel. It will actually blow your chest. So much muscle breakdown in just single movement. Well, i would suggest to not go too heavy in this exercise because it puts pressure on your shoulder & elbows. So do take moderate weight according to you.

HOW TO DO IT?


This exercise will also be done on decline bench. So take dumbbells & lie down on decline bench placing dumbbells up in front of your chest. Make sure your arms are close to your chest & dumbbells should almost touch your upper abdomen while bringing them down. If you can, than do tilt your dumbbells a little towards your chest which will give good stabilization.


Repeat this movement several times till your chest gets all pumped up. Do breathe in sync...with the movement throughout the exercise.
