Adding some extra mass on your biceps is not difficult but quite challenging. Its all about your nutrition. The better the nutrition the better will be your physique. Bicep is very small muscle & not that hard to train. I mean you do hit your biceps in almost every workout but to gain some extra mass on your bicep muscle than you need to do some extra workout.


Do remember that nutrition is very important. Your workout only plays 20% to 30% of role, rest is your nutrition & the amount of rest you give to your body. So today i will tell you about 2 exercises that will definitely help you adding some serious mass on your biceps.




1.) BICEPS CURL WITH OLYMPIC BARBELL ROD


Bicep curl is the most basic exercise for your biceps. Every person do this exercise or should i say start with this movement but i like to do it with Olympic barbell rod. Barbell puts a lot of pressure on your wrist & elbows so i will tell you the perfect grip to do it with Olympic barbell rod. Like i said this is the most basic movement for bicep but if you master it, nobody can stop your bicep from growing.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Stand straight while holding the barbell in your hands.

- The grip will be close (AT YOUR SHOULDER WIDTH).

- Now curl the bicep towards shoulder while breathing out.

- Breathe in while relaxing or getting back to starting position.

- Make sure your back is straight.

- Keep repeating the movement until your bicep gets all pumped up.


* Do not try to widen your grip because that will just injure your wrist or elbow for sure.

2.) PARTIAL BICEP CURL WITH VARIATION


In partial bicep curl with variation there will be 2 movement involving in one exercise. I love this exercise, it gives me great pump. I feel like my bicep is going to explode. I will suggest you to do this exercise in between the workout. Not in starting, not in the end but just in between the bicep workout. This is the movement that will make your bicep more bigger. Trust me once & you will love it forever.

HOW TO DO IT?


- Stand in front of cross over machine.

- Fix small rod in pulley.

- Make sure the distance between you & machine should be at least 50 cm.

- In 1st variation lift the weight partially till your elbow level & not above your elbow. Do some repetitions according to your strength.

- In 2nd variation lift the weight up moving your hand towards shoulder & do partial movements, do not go below elbow level. Do same amount of repetitions.

- Keep repeating the movement until your bicep gets all pumped up.
