Strong core makes your lower back strong. There are many people who are still suffering from lower back issues, for them i would say on first hand just make your core strong. 1.) HANGING WIPER


Hanging wiper is quite not so easy to do but once you mastered it than your core will be as strong as your goal. It won't take more than 3 to 4 days to master this exercise but if your core is super weak than i would suggest to give at least 10 to 15 days practice. Now i am telling you to do this exercise because this will make many changes in your core & in your physique. Just the hanging wiper positioning itself will exhaust your shoulder,arms,back.

HOW TO DO IT?


Hang yourself on bar with close grip & make sure to bend your elbows a bit or should i say shortening your armpits so that your shoulder doesn't get involve much in the movement. After hanging, bring your legs up straight towards roof bending your knees a bit. Now start the movement by moving your legs from left to right OR right to left. Control the movement from your obliques & move your legs together like they are windshield wiper. Always breathe throughout the movement in perfect sync...


If you are having any kind of lower back issues than i would suggest not to do this exercise unless you make your back strong.

2.) HALF CRUNCHES WITH MEDICINE BALL


If we talk about half crunches with medicine ball, there are many exercises that comes in mind but the exercise that i am gonna tell you today is quite challenging but very much effective. This exercise not only strengthens your core but also make your abdomen toned which gives you more attractive look to your physique.

HOW TO DO IT?


You can do this exercise on floor or mat but if i had to suggest i would say you do this on bench for the proper range of motion. So lie down on bench with your legs folded. Take medicine ball in your hands. Now start the movement by taking your arms in fully backward position behind your head as deep as possible & while bringing your arms back to starting position lift your upper body to perform the half crunch movement. Make sure your back is straight & body is in fully controlled movement. Perform the movement until your abs get all pumped up.


The secret in this exercise is moving your hands all the way to the back which gives more contraction & stretch to your core. The medicine ball makes it more challenging to do this movement & always keep breathing in sync... throughout the movement.
