So there are plenty of exercises to get rid of love handles but i will tell you 2 best & very basic exercises to loose your love handles. These exercises can be performed very easily, no uncomfortable movement. These 2 exercises can even be performed by any age group. Well, basically Love Handles are nothing but just stubborn fat that need some extra attention or should i say some extra work on your body.


Lets get started with the exercise.


1.) SINGLE LEG OBLIQUE CRUNCHES


Its very basic exercise for your love handles & can be very easily performed. All you need is a yoga mat or you can even do it on the floor. The very best thing about this exercise is that your body takes support from different angles which reduces the risk of injury & at the same time makes this exercise more interesting. This exercise also benefits in your body balancing/stability & can even help in make your lower back stronger.

HOW TO DO IT?


Lie down on yoga mat or on the floor with your legs straight. Now bring your left leg to cross over it with right leg in folding position. Now tilt your body towards left so that your body rests on side position. Now lift your upper body as much as comfortably with your obliques to do crunches. Make sure to exhale while moving your body up & inhale while coming back to rest position. Keep repeating the movement until your obliques gets all pumped up.


Do make sure your abs are contracted throughout the movement & your breathing should be in perfect sync... as breathing do matters a lot.

2.) HEEL TAPS


Heel taps is also one of the easy & basic exercise for your love handles. This exercise not only reduces your love handles but also tones your obliques. Any person can do these exercises whether you are at home, gym, travelling, etc... Like i said in previous exercise i will also say it again that breathing is the key to every exercise. Your breathing should be in very much perfect sync... with the movement. In this exercise before performing make sure to exhale everything & engage your obliques/love handles throughout the movement.


This movement will also make your lower back strong & will give relief in lower back pain.

HOW TO DO IT?


Lie down on yoga mat or on floor. Your legs should be in bent position from your knees. Your heels should be about 6 to 7 inches from your hips. Now make your hands straight on sides & lift your upper body to the left so that your left hand can tap on your left heel. Do the same with your right hand & make sure your core is properly engaged throughout the movement.


Repeat this movement until your obliques/love handles gets all pumped up. Your back should be straight while performing the movement.
