ABOUT MYSELF

All the way from INDIA with 12+ yrs of experience in fitness industry. I know how things work & more importantly i know how things don't work. I feel great when i train someone.

All this knowledge is of no use if i don't pass on. so, here i am passing on  my knowledge+experience. I gained this physique naturally. NO STEROIDS TAKEN.

I only believe in knowledge gained with experience because Social media is full of knowledge about anything.

BUT

EXPERIENCE MATTERS ALOT.

There are number of tutorials available on Social media,or on any other platform.

But the thing is there are not enough Techniques to do training. well,half knowledge is never good. knowledge+experience makes

it works better.

MY EXPERTISE

I started gym at age 14. I was quite chubby at that time so i started working out just to get fit but at 18 i guess i did saw a dream to be like ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER.

So, from 18 i started doing workout like him as i was following his footsteps. I wanted to build muscles like him & then eventually i also followed jay cutler,phill heath & ronnie coleman & started doing workouts like them even followed their workout schedule. CRAZY, RIGHT?

So, the conclusion is that my expertise is in MUSCLE BUILDING, DEFINITION WORKOUT, & CORE STREGTH.

Transformation (ABS)

He is my very first transformation. He's not my client or member or anything like that. He is my friend that i first transformed him in something better. 

His name is FIROZ ALI. He was having issues with abdominal muscle growth(ABS). So, i made some diet routines & workout schedules according to him & in about a month he did saw some changes in his abdominal muscles.

well, in about 2 to 3 months he successfully achieved that he always desired for. as you can see his abdominal area with some ripped muscles. his genetics were good so all the schedule,routine,diet made some good progress.

And yes he made all the progress just with hard work.

I recently transformed a friend of mine. He was having some issues with weight gain. He said he tried everything in food, whether its vegetarian or non-vegetarian. I thought his metabolism is quite good in that case but it turned out that his diet was very small or limited.

So, i made a diet plan & workout routine for him according to his current diet. My friend NAMAN SINGH really then showed some motivation towards his goal & that is what mattered in the end.

Not only with my diet & workout schedule he did wonders but it was his motivation, his Hard work, & his willingness to achieve that goal.
